Dont Care Attitude

It has been more than a month since I submitted my Complaint to the management of ABSA Law for You (LIPCO) regarding the issues I raised for them to address. I complained via phone, but to this day not a single senior manager has responded whatsoever; with no apology and/or explanation with regard to the wayward behavior of the particular employee. I’m simply being told by one consultant that I have to pursue the matter on my own, without any documentation proofing what he had and/or anyone had done on the matter. On the other matters I’m simply being ignored, notwithstanding that it was about six matters I sent through to them for evaluation. I have been severely prejudiced in the process and the matter is simply being swept under the carpet. I shudder to think of the many other clients whom might be facing the same ordeal, but perhaps don’t have the fortitude and/or resources to pursue their grievances. I consider this conduct by senior management indicative of the disregard perpetuated by the junior staff against their clients.
