Don’t bother suspending a DebiCheck
In November, I paid off a Nedbank loan and this suspended my DebiCheck on Absa. Despite cancelling the DebiCheck, Nedbank continues to debit my account (of a closed loan). My issue herewith is that Absa allows this THOUGH I cancelled the DebiCheck - and then I’m the one who has to pay fines for reversing a debit order THAT I CANCELLED?
