DONT BE FOOLED BY ABSA REWARDS

I had recently activated my ABSA rewards on my platinum cheque account, seen that I spend quiet a bit I thought it may be worthwhile to go on the rewards program and in the first month of rewards I noticed that I had my petrol swipes at the SASOL stations never reflected of which u are guaranteed 5% cash back I had filled over R2000 worth of fuel at Sasol but was shocked on what I had been rewarded with. further more ABSA gives you 0.25% back on all debit purchases simple maths tells me that one would have to swipe R8000 per month to get back the R21 monthly fee before you even start earning a dime. don't be fooled people I have done my research FNB is the way to bank and I am moving over.
