Don’t bank with ABSA . You will regret it.

I have been complaining with ABSA for my experian credit record . At first was told to wait for 7 days which has past long time ago and no resolution. I was then told that they are communicating with experian and to date no resolution. Yesterday I received a mail that it is sorted which is untrue. Seems they have no clue what they are doing and not taking their clients seriously. A simple request which other credit providers take a day to resolve but ABSA has no clue what to do. Be careful before entering into a relationship with this bank.
