Dont Bank With ABSA
Good Day
I have a 30 day notice account with absa that I tried to put a notice in for, I was then advised that I had "bank charges" on my account that has been inactive for over 3 years. Not once did I get a sms from Absa advising that charges are going off this account , nor a phone call. ABSA needs to write those charges off and give me my money from my notice account. This is very *********, thank goodness I moved banks. Sort this out ABSA as I am not paying those charges.
