Don't bank with ABSA

ABSA = worst bank. Thank you for closing my cheque account and blocking my app, forcing me to leave work and spend three hours in line before having the problem explained as "a system error". This is the second time my app has been blocked. No reason. No communication from the branch. Also found that my card had been closed in June 2020 even though I have been using it throughout. How?? Fortunately no ********** activities noted. Is this a bank or stokvel? As soon as I get a chance, I am leaving this "bank". Expensive and not secure enough with constant security problems.
