Don't Apply for Absa Credit Card ever

<p>ABSA Credi Card Online Aplication system is full of disaster and their customer service is pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've app**** for a credit card on Absa online system in Early January 2017 and submit my documents. With in a day my apllication is aprooved and they agian asaked for my documents. From then I had make continuous follow up with the bank to get the verification done. finaly on second week of Feb 2017 they did the verification and the dispached the card thoruh a corier company. Courier company haded over the card and again took my documents for the verification and i've been asked to wait for 2 days to activate the Card. Since then I've been waiting to activate my card. Thoguh I didn't used the card and dispite the card is not active, I've already got my first month statement. I've been to the bank twice for the to sort this out. They are also not sure whats went wrong with my application. After waiting for 2 months today they are said to me that the card cannot be activated and I've to re-apply if I want to have a card and Now it is my responsibility to close the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm completely dissatisfied with ABSA Services including the online system, Customer supoort, Etc. </p> <p> </p> <p>I Strongly suggest everyone not to apply any kind of servies.</p> <p> </p>
