DON_A|_T INSURE YOUR PROPERTY WITH ABSA !!!!

I logged a claim for my geyser last week Monday the 3rd of August 2015 and to my amazement the call has not been attended to . I have been provided with a claim no:*** and have called Absa on several occasions where they have even referred me to the contactor dispatched however even up until now I have only have had the assessor show up at my house . NO ONE ELSE HAS SHOWN UP ! This is the worst kind of customer treatment I've ever had ! I will be cancelling my home insurance and moving it elsewhere!!!!
