Dominique of Queensburgh branch dont know what he is doing

I recently visited the Queensburgh branch and a person by the name of Dominique after waiting some time i explained to him that the cell number on my profile has been given to a collegue and i have a new cell number and i want this to be my primary and only number and if i receive otp it must be to the new number as i dont have the old number he took some time and assured me it is sorted. Over the weekend i was doing online transactions and the otp was sent ro my old number to my collegue and i had to call him to get the otp. I called the branch and there is no manager available this is ridiculous service after wasting my time it still has not been fixed!
