Doesn't even deserve 1 star rating!

I wish I could complain about the service in ABSA but there absolutely isn't any! It's hardly even two months since I posted a complaint about a client's deregistration documents being delayed and it's happening again. It seems as though nothing ever gets done unless I post a public complaint.

I am the client's broker and had since requested for the deregistration documents for my client from ABSA. The correct address (in Dankeld) was given to them but their courier company apparently delivered it to Pretoria and we understood that it wasn't ABSA's fault and we waited for the matter to be resolved.

Once the documents were tracked back to ABSA to be rerouted to the correct address, they gave the courier company the WRONG ADDRESS (Braamfontein address which I have no idea where they got it from)! In other words, even if their courier company had not erreneously delivered itPretoria, the documents would still not get delivered to the correct address anyway, which says a lot about their level of competency (or incompetency rather!).

The client is irate and wants his insurance claim to be finalised but it cannot until ABSA does the right thing.

The most anoying part is that you cannot get through to anyone , the phone just rings and routes you back to the switchboard. Rodney Swart is trying to assist but I still don't get contant feed back until I phone (note that I always have to phone a numerous times before I get hold of him ON HIS CELLPHONE because the landline doesn't even go through). I do not blame him because he is not even a team leader in the department, he is only trying to help- which I appreciate.

The team leader, SONTO, is never available. I spoke to her once when I wanted to be put through to Rodney who is at least trying to be helpful and after that I could never get hold of her.

I need assitance, in fact my client needs assitance ASAP. Can someone please for a change be proactive and help us- PLEASE (It's ahumble plea).
