DOES DAPHNE EXIST????????????????

Hi, thank you for requesting feedback. We visited the Auckland branch in JHB on the 30th of March 2021. None of the consultants could assist us at the branch due to covid restrictions. However, it was convenient during covid last year when a consultant visited us at OUR residence to discuss the matter at hand but on 30 March 2021, we had to sit outside in our car and once again was shoved from one consultant to another telephonically. Eventually, a gentleman by the name of Frans assisted us telephonically regarding all our inquiries. He provided us with his email in order for him to email the information requested. The email was also ccd to Daphne Le Grange but was undelivered to Frans (***ca). To date, we have not received any response from Daphne either, who by the way has our case file.
