Does anyone work at ABSA?

I have tried calling ABSA ***** 'hotline' twice this morning now, and collectively held for around 45 minutes, without anyone ever answering. <br> This is a ***** number, which means if someone is calling you, its probably really urgent and important that you answer timeously so as to avoid damage to the account and the funds therein.<br> HOW can there be nobody to answer a call in your ***** department!!!??<br> This is really shoddy service - I have been with Absa for 12 years and they never fail to disappoint me constantly. I will DEFINITELY be switching this year. <br> And let this serve as a record that I tried to contact ABSA and they were unavailable, so if any ***** is committed on my account, I will NOT be held accountable.
