Does Absa staff even know what customer service is?

Went to Absa pretorius today and their service delivery is so BAD in a way that I can't explain. They do not care about the elderly, infirmed and the heavely pregnant clients. I am 9 months pregnant and they made me to wait for more than an hour outside just to activate my app. The guy with long hair who was assisting outside did not care, I even asked for a chair and he told me that they do not have chairs.

When I got inside I found a lady wearing a red long jacket with twisted braids and boots, I explained my conditions to her and she told me that when she sees that am about to give birth that is the only time she will make me pass, what kind of a response is that? Is she a Doctor where she can determine the clients months and tell when they will give birth?She made me to stand the line again inside. I explained to her that I needed to use the bathroom and she said there's no way they can help and she left me to wait the line again inside.

Your staffs customer service and attitude is shocking. Am new to Absa and I don't see my self continue using it or recommending it to anymore.
