Does ABSA not have a single person who could answer the phone?

I do not even want to give one star. I was holding on to speak to an agent - forever - and then suddenly got cut off. I am trying to close a loan account but it seems impossible. They sent me a closing balance, which I paid, and I still get monthly statements, showing the account is open. It seems impossible to speak to a real person.
