Does ABSA care about new clients

WOW, pathetic would actually be a compliment for ABSA seeing how I have been treated.<br> <br> On the 10th of June 2015 I opened a new cheque account (New Cheque Account *** [EC: f6ad3584]). On the 17th of June I had to write a bad report on Hellopeter as nobody even bothered to phone me back. Go listen to the telephonic recordings, branch is Oakfields, Benoni. I guess ABSA is deducting the monthly fee. How difficult can this really be?
