does a card takes 14 days or its just for me

um just annoyed, I always have to complaint with ABSA to get my stuff done... this bank has worst service ever. and history Is repeating itself, every time I have to get a new car this happens. Absa doesn't take me serious as client or should I rather say they don't respect me . I need my card by tomorrow because I ordered last week and top of that I have to pay for the card like really. I phoned greenstone mall because it's my nearest branch and the receptionist dropped the phone in my ear. never phoned me back. now I phoned the call centre I get told my card will be ordered today , so basically it takes 14 days to get a card. ABSA is a big company for such incompetency.
