Over the last few months I have received a few emails requesting the latest insurance documents, which I subsequently supp**** to the bank. After doing this I continued to receive emails asking for the same stuff in a period of 6 months. Even though I informed ABSA that I already supp**** the documents they persisted in requesting the documents. I consider this a completed disrespect for my time and they dont care about the experience I am receiving. This is exactly the reason I closed my accounts with ABSA.
