Do yourself a favour, don't buy any property using absa

It's been two months since I claimed from the insurance from absa, nothing is happening, BUUT they are quick to debit my account and collect their premiums, they took two premiums since I claimed, yet I don't even know the status of my claim, I'm starting to think I should involve even the ombudsman now for this, because we take such insurance for the could have/should haves..but when the incident occur now it's like only their opinion matters, what about the insurance contract?? What about the conditions I'm subjected to live under, really I can't really tolerate this..maybe I should return my house to Absa, it's high time C-
