Do you understand the word emergency?

Dear Absa Home Insurance,

My limited English vocabulary cannot fully express my uttermost disgust at your pathetically poor service I received from you, infact I do not know what to call it because 'poor service' is an understatement. It means that you are being served (but poorly). It's been 2 weeks after the floods damaged my driveway (see pic), blocking my cars in the garage with no option of driving pass this massive hole.

After 3 follow-ups on the same supposedly urgent claim, I know your number by head (even faster than my wife's). Your hypnotizing music I listen to for 10 mins before you answer my call, has been playing in my head non-stop! And your all your staff have been telling me the same lie and in almost same manner (it's like I'm listening to a tape recorder). I'm just gatvol, just freakin fix my driveway, I've been paying my insurance premiums for donkey years without fail, don't make me beg for what I pay for! How long does it take to send an assessor? What is the meaning of emergency at Absa insurance?

Consider this a 24 hour ultimatum, you don't wanna stretch my patience any further
