Do we really have to complain all the time for simple business processes?

Please respond to client emails, have been considering to Bank with Absa, but you guys can't handle a simple query, I am waiting for finalization of my loan which has been approved already, all that is needed is to release the funds, I have builders on-site and I can't buy materials, please expedite
