Do we have to walk on water ABSA Vehicle finance!?

<p>Hi ABSA Vehicle Finance,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We have been trying to get our Natis document from you for two months! We need to trade the car!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>In May 2005 we bought a VW Golf 5 TDI 1.9 Comfortlineline Automatic Transmission CA732139.<br />Vin AAVZZZ1KZ5U023854<br />Veh Register No. FHJ127S</p> <p>My husband Leon Christo Potgieter paid for the car over 3 months using ABSA Finance. It's paid in full for years now. My husband Leon filled out forms requesting the document as the car has been paid in full for years 12 plus years. Don't ask us for the forms again you guys have everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>We checked with the traffic department and the car is still in ABSA's name. Even the Municipality have confirmed it is paid up but still in ABSA's name. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was never changed to ours. We need this document urgently so we can trade the car but we keep coming up empty.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone with some clout please get hold of my husband on ********** 823 or ********** please and forward us the Natis document. We are fed up. What on earth does it take to get the Natis Document? The CAR IS PAID UP for years. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please this is now urgent.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can also be reached on ********** 764 or ********** We need to trade the car but we can't because you can't seem to send us the Natis Registration Document which we are entitled to. The car has not been the banks for 12 years yet it's still in your name. How does that happen?</p> <p> </p> <p>Someonw with some authority please help.
