Do not take vehicle finance with Absa

Absa, why did you change the registration of my car from my husband's name to my name? All you had to do was clear my loan that's it. You changed the ownership to my name, now I cannot get the license renewal done. The license already expired and I cannot drive anywhere now. The license renewal fee was R684. I had to pay R1103 today because you changed the ownership to my name. Now I have to go pay another R600 and something to have the roadworthy done before I can get the new license disc. I have to take additional days off work to sort this out. Who is going to reimburse me for all the additional costs?
