DO NOT TAKE OUT A FUNERAL POLICY WITH ABSA!

My policy does not show on my app anymore. I also asked for my full policy to be emailed to me, however it is sent as an. EMC file which I cannot open. I have telephonically spoken to ABSA and they promised to fix it on my app to show my funeral policy as well the one that I took out for my mother.
