Do not offer service as advertised
I've been having the ABSA rewards program for a long time. Today, I checked on the ABSA website on the benefits and saw ABSA Home Assist. When I phoned the number (***) on the website, they told me that they don't offer that benefits anymore. On the website nothing is mentioned of discontinuing the product or anything. Let me quote a piece of the website, which I just copied and pasted right now: "Get 24/7 assistance with any emergency household repairs and have an appointment booked with an expert."
As I said earlier, it is on the website, part of the Rewards program, but they told me, they do not offer that benefits anymore . I am really disappointed. If it was discontinued, why are they still advertising it?
