Do not nominate ABSA to handle your Estate.

We have been dealing with ABSA Trust Limited for 2 1/2 years trying to finalize my father's estate. I can not figure out the lack of progress is due to incompetence or greed. Either no one knows what they are doing or they are trying to extend things as long as possible for profit. Every single step along the way has been a battle, despite the fact that we quickly gathered all the required paperwork. Each time there is a problem and instead of communicating what the problem so it can be solved is it is left until we start calling or emailing. There have been a few employees that have tried to help along the way but for the most part nothing happens. It is morally reprehensible to subject grieving families to this. I am honestly shocked at the lack of progress every time I call. I have very little hope that this matter will be resolved as I get the same exact answer from the Executors each time. If I could give a negative rating I would.
