DO NOT make ABSA executor to your estate!

I am appalled at the service or lack there of we've been receiving or not receiving from ABSA! my brother passed away in June 2014. We had his estate in the process of being sorted out with attorneys in CT, we were unaware of a will he had with ABSA. everything ran smoothly and was near completion then Absa stepped in and everything is now a mess! we have no idea where in the process we are, my mom of 73 who is meant to be the beneficiary, has been pushed aside and left in the dark. its all about money to them I guess! its been 3 weeks that we've tried to contact the person who is dealing with the estate and she is off sick indefinitely! how is that our problem? this now affects us because everything stands still until she gets back! what utter nonsense! We need this to come to an end now! its been way too long! as if death isn't something hard on its own, we now are still dealing with this!
