DO NOT LET ABSA DRAFT YOUR WILL

My mother passed away in February 2017. Her estate has to date not been finalized, despite her having a Will. The Will was drafted by ABSA and because the person who drafted it was not legally trained, the clause cannot be given effect to. When I complained to ABSA Trust Spokazi Mahlalela a dispute resolution consultant told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with a delay of 3.5 years to administer an estate and it is not their problem as my mother signed the Will and therefore ABSA is not responsible, He then advised me that they would not correspond with me anymore and if I have issues with how the estate is being administered I must take it up with the Master. This is incorrect as ABSA appointed the attorney not me!
