DO NOT DO WILLS THROUGH ABSA

My late dad did his will through ABSA , Absa then uses a company called TMJ attorneys to do their wills and you are obligated to wind up the estate with them. My dad passed in April 2022 and since then 9 months they still have not lodged the matter, Their directors and employees do not give you proper timelines and disregard the urgency of the matter at hand. There are many negative reviews online about this company and you will see that we share the same difficulties. I cannot understand how ABSA chooses to use a company like this as a service provider when there is such a lack of professionalism from their end. They have also told me that Nedbank has taken 4 months to submit the docs needed however they refuse to give me the reference number for the complaint .
