DO NOT DEAL WITH ABSA, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I dont know what to say anymore, ABSA customer service is really pathetic. I had a credit on my account which I requested to be used as my installment for last month, I WAS STILL DEBITED as per normal, I have been emailing non stop to enquire why and I am being ignored. Now when I check my statement the credit is gone, HOW? WHERE? because I still paid my normal installment... So why is my money gone? No one is even trying to explain this to me, I am being ignored.
