Do not bank with Absa if you are an smme

This matter was told has been closed but I am still experiencing the same issue.

The business banker Sizwe is MIA and so is his manager Raymond. I can never get hold of Sizwe and when i call the branch I get told that he is with a client and they will notify him to get hold of me. I have to call every day to ask for him and he never gets back to me via telephone and he does not reply to emails.

I was told he lost his cellphone hence why it always goes on voicemail. That is not an excuse when there are clients that need to be served.

I have never seen such incompetence.
