Do not bank with ABSA, do not ensure your home with ABSA.

ABSA Bank is having the most under qualified people and service providers.

They are absolutely not able to do anything you pay them for, they are under equipped and ridiculously slow.

They are very quick to hand you over if you skip a payment or make a late payment.

I'm definitely going to advice anyone considering ABSA as their main bank not to even try to open account with ABSA, I'm also going to advice everyone I know not to bank with ABSA, companies are making the biggest mistakes banking with ABSA.

They are not capable of handling clients or dealing with insurance enquires.

The lady that is supposed to be our advisor does even now what is happening with our insurance claim, it's been more than a month, she doesn't follow up on anything.

She works from home, and you can never ever reach her before 10 in the mornings.

They are extremely expensive; banking fees are outrageous.

I thought ESKOM is the most ineffective company in South Africa, but I have to say ABSA is taking the lead.
