Do Absa Legal care?

Once again Absa Home Loans and Absa Life has let my husband down... *****ing money without our knowledge and no one is willing to take the time to look into for us. We only noticed it over the weekend because we can't get the repayments down. It has been 4 years since his previous bond which is a ZERO balance BUT he is still paying insurance against this policy. WHY? And WHY did your Absa Legal dept not investigate further & reconcile this correctly? WHY should he be paying over R7000 per annum instead of just over R3000 per annum if there is only one bond account active?

Does Absa think that people are unaware of what is going on with their accounts? It seems to me as if Absa are *******. His bond account is being debited for two insurances policies. At this rate my husband CANNOT get this Bond down. He once again contacted the Absa Legal and was passed onto the insurance dept and that consultant cut him off.

Is there a PROFESSIONAL consultant at a branch in Benoni? He can go and try to sort this out and find a way forward.
