Dissatisfied with Absa credit card closure department

The credit card has been settled based on the settlement quote from the bank and I have requested a couple of times telephonically. I am still waiting for the closure department to call.

I am totally dissatisfied with the service considering that I have been banking with Absa for over 20 years. The service that I am receiving is totally unacceptable.
