Dissatisfied

I have bad experience with ABSA, firstly I took credit card with them it's been over a year I've been paying but there's no changes on the amount I owe them that shows I will pay it for the rest of my life and secondly they've sending messages that I owe them money for cheque account whereas I'm not even using that account and it's increasing drastically from month to month and it is so difficult to refer someone to ABSA with such experience
