Dissatisfaction

We app**** for personal loan on Saturday &was approved.(Absa southgate). Immediately told the consultant that we would rather take a credit card instead so we didn't sign to accept the loan.on monday when we got to the bank they processed payment without my signature & I explained to them that I no longer want a personal loan as I explained on Saturday. I was told that I have to pay the initiation fee of R1207.I asked the manager to assist ;they called the loan department to cancel but on tuesday when I went there for my credit card application Im told is declining . I HAVE BEEN WITH ABSA FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS .

My question is how do you appove & deposit money in my account without my signature.

How do I not qualify for a credit card but was approved for R50 000 loan.
