DISSAPPOINTMENT WITH BOND SWITCH

I wish to vent my disappointment with ABSA Home Loan for rejecting that I switch my 1.150m bond from FNB to ABSA. I am a loyal client of ABSA, i have bought all my vehicles with ABSA even when the dealership was offering me their own finance, I always told them about my very wonderful banker at ABSA and they allowed me to get my own finance. I have a property that is financed by ABSA. I have a personal loan, credit card and overdraft with ABSA. My will is kept by ABSA. I have policies with ABSA. My banker convinced me to drop all the other banks and stick with ABSA. I have remained loyal because of the best service I am receiving from her (Simphiwe) at Andries Street, Pretoria. Even now, I told her that I want to move everything under one bank so that even if I am not here tomorrow, my family doesn't struggle. I have been paying this bond for 6 years with fnb by salary deduction and have never skipped a payment. If ABSA doesn't review my application, I will move everything that that I am having with absa to a bank that will value my loyalty with the hope that I will get a banker like Simphiwe where I go. This is not a threat.
