Dissappointing - Lack of response

Home Loan application withdrawn without notification.<br> Poor attempt to make contact.<br> Tried once - I was busy & asked her to call back in 20 minutes. She agreed but did not call back.<br> Called back another time when I was in a meeting so I did not answer.<br> Did not send a message or email.<br> When I contacted ABSA today, I was notified that the application was withdrawn due to hold on existing bond.<br> THIS IS A NEW APPLICATION !! It has nothing to do with the other bond !!<br> I already have an AIP and valuation completed from another bank for which I've submitted an application a day later than ABSA !!<br> Poor show ABSA !!
