DISSAPPOINTED

I am very disappointed in this bank, after all the years of banking with them,was using savings account i think since 2011 if im not mistaken then i had alota unauthorized debit orders that was going of on my account but they were still charging me for them then i was advised by one of there consultants to change to cheque account i was told its a once off monthly of 100 and something rand which i did,only to find out that there cheque account fees was not what they said, they take there fee on the day my salary comes in then during the month if there is any deposits that comes into my account they take that too, thats what happend to me since May to date when my salary came in on the 24th of may they took R242 then last week some time they took R300 when my UIF came in, so on Friday i decided to go close my account then they told me i owe them R82.16 which i couldnt understand how and why i was so upset i couldn't even say anything.WHY CANT THEY JUST BE HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS ABOUT THERE PRICES INSTEAD OF LEAVING US SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED.

I FEEL SO RIPPED OF BY A BANK THAT I WAS SO LOYAL TOO FOR ALL THESE YEARS, HOW IS THAT FAIR THOUGH?
