Dissappointed
My name is Jyoti Kesa I have had an account at ABSA for all my life. Yesterday I was totally amazed and disappointed that I was charged a fee for a bank confirmation letter. No prior notification was ever given wrt the charging.... My question is WHY ? After all I it is a letter with a stamp this service should be provided without charging I had also waited for close to 45 min. (LAUDIUM BRANCH) I have also found them to be very unfriendly and rude ...
