Dissapointmnet

I went to Absa zeerust to open business account and they gave me another number to make appointment with Thabiso ***),it was around 10:00 in the morning and i called him ad he told me he was busy with the client and h will call me back. I waited till 13:00 and i started calling and e was no where to be found i called several times and the office kept on telling me they are not sure if he is in. i end up going home as i was hoping to make appointment with him Around 16:00 he called me when i tried to pick up the call ,it was already late and he dropped. I gave it another day to see if i can get callback nothing happened This afternoon i went to ABSA Sandton city after i called in the morning to check if i can make appointment and i got response that i can come in they wll help me,when i got there i was told i need to call *** which obviously lines were busy and i couldnt be helped
