DISSAPOINTING SERVICE WITH NO FEEDBACK FROM ABSA-PAID UP LETTER

Good Day I have been struggling to get a paid up letter from ABSA personal loan division for over a year now. I have been done with my debt counselling for more than a year and have received all my paid up letter from the other institutions, Sadly not from ABSA. Can someone please assist me in this regards.
