DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER

I'm disappointed in the service I'm getting from ABSA AVAF. They financed my vehicle and it's paid off. I app**** for vehicle finance through Hyndai East Rand today(24/01/2018) and my application was declined. I paid up my debts. My salary is increasing with about R8000 from next month. I've been a loyal customer but they cannot finance me. I called ABSA and they telling me to wait three month. I urgently need a car, I cannot wait for three month. What do I need to do to qualify? I'm not blacklisted. I have a dispute with Transunion because ABSA credit card took forever to send me a paid up letter. I'm being delayed because they delayed to send me a paid up letter and I ended up logging a dispute with Transunion. My credit history is clean. why now?
