Dissapointed

Thank you..he was retrenched and received a lumpsum a few years ago...he then had a broker invest his funds in a PENSION fund. He wanted to withdraw the funds when he turned 65 years. He was then ******* by the broker to withdraw his funds and get transferred into his absa account which I stated to him it was negligent on his part to sign documents that he did not read and he says he trusted the broker. The funds were then transfered into his Absa account and were withdrawn.he had this card the whole time and on the statement it shows that he was withdrawing money at the tellers and Atm. He was told he had two card on this profile.my question is who ordered the card and who signed fot those withdrawals at the tellers because a signature and Id needs to be provided before funds are withdawn at the teller..years later we still have not received any responce and when we go to the branch we are tild why we quering this now.he was at home thinking he will enjoy his fund at 65.
