Good morning
My account has been settled with ABSA,but their turn around time to respond to queries is 2 weeks. Does it seriously take this long to respond to an e-mail and then start investigating. If you send a new follow up e-mail you get a new reference number. I was sequestrated in 2015 and account has been settled now. I just need a letter that states the account has been settled. But to no avail. ABSA really has pathetic customer service.
