Disrespectful & Rude - ********* & Unprofessional

I have no words to describe what happen on Friday at the ABSA at Ferndale on Republic, Ajay - Has no manners, no respect for elder people and kids, no empathy, extremely rude and absolutely unprofessional, I was told by to Sipho on the 28th January at 15:15pm that the ABSA at Ferndale closes at 4pm so I take my 68year old sick mum and my 13 year old daughter who has cancer when I get there I see the doors closed, I knock and ask if I could get some help I was told they are closed, then Ajay comes to me and I tell him what I was told by Sipho - apparently that's a different ABSA - So I lost my cool telling him that there's a break in communication within ABSA - he says he nothing he can do and has the audacity to show his name badge with so much confidence and tells me to go do what I want. View footage you will see on the left and right of me there were 2 elderly people who were also turned away- that for me is sad he didn't care or even speak to us, there were people inside the bank if he could help them why couldn't he help 3 elderly people who needed simple things done, he chose to be rude ignore my request and walk away. I was insulted in front many people and my child and mum. I am absolutely disgusted with type of people ABSA employs, I have my personal & business banking and car finance with ABSA, the industry I work in can reach millions of people with this experience I faced, I would like an apology from Ajay not via the phone or email, The way he screamed at me in front of so many people that's how I want the apology, he needs to learn a lesson on how to respect elder people and kids, I was furious I will not deny my anger I did scream as well- my reason is valid. I help young and old people I provide and try my best feed someone on a daily basis cos I believe that's my purpose, but then I come across Ajay a little guy that thinks I come to rob the bank with my sick mother and daughter- his words I cannot open the door because there is money. I'm shocked with his level of thinking. If this cannot be resolved by tomorrow close of business. I will be closing all my accounts and taking this matter further.
