Disrespect for clients
The Head of Client Relations at ABSA Stockbrokers has never called me once to assist with issues I've experienced and escalated to her attention over the past 2 years. I tried lodging a complaint against such poor service and ABSA refuses to acknowledge or do anything about it. I guess that's Africanicity!

31 May 2019, 13:54If ABSA addressed the issues the above would not have been posted. Had you looked into the matter as you had indicated you would have found issues raised were not addressed. You clearly did not and the matter remains unresolved.
