Disrespect and disregard towards the elderly

Appalled to hear how my 82 y/o mom, who has been with ABSA for 42 years, was treated at this branch. No priority treatment for the elderly with medical conditions. She was simply told to wait in the queue after she mentioned her condition to the person in the bank. I see the worst ratings for this branch on the Canal Walk page and nothing is done to improve this. Can only wonder how disabled people are treated if the elderly is treated with such disregard and disrespect. Quote from Canal Walk website is a lie: "Canal Walk Shopping Centre's branch is known for having friendly, helpful staff and efficient services."
