Disrespect
Yesterday I called the bank trying to find out about an admin charge on my account. The agent who was assisting me promised to look into my account & give me a call. I'm still waiting for the call & the email as she promised to send me the charge statement. I have the name of the agent & it's just that I don't want to name & shame but I can provide the name if requested.
