Dispute with ABSA

I went for a Job interview were I found out that their was a JUDGEMENT on my name that i know nothing of , So I went to ABSA bank in Paarden EiLand were the lady their was very helpful. The sad part is that the Legal Department do not have NO RECORD of me and that they can not ACCESS my ID number on any of their SYSTEMS. So I would like to know why I have a JUDGEMENT against my name and it was on ITC. The judgement state that my Id was used at ABSA bank for a loan of R233874. So, I will appreciate if someone can explain further for me as i am not happy of the response at the moment. I would also like to have some proof that state this will not be coming up again.
