Dispute of Unjustified Account Charges

I’ve consistently paid my instalments on time, yet ABSA keeps calling me, claiming I owe them money. When I ask for clarity on what exactly I owe and why, no one is able to provide a proper explanation or supporting proof. It’s extremely frustrating to receive repeated calls about a debt that hasn’t been explained or justified. This needs to be resolved urgently.
